The Council offers the following benefit for the position:
Salary Scale: N$ 119 789.32 – N$ 123 382.92
Housing allowance: 20% of monthly salary
Housing Subsidy: 40 % of monthly salary, payable only upon submission of bond registration certificate
Transport allowance: N$ 10 512.00 per annum
13th Cheque: 13th Cheque
Medical Aid: 90% Council Contributions
Pension: 21.7% Council Contributions
The successful candidate shall be responsible for:
To perform the water and wastewater related functions, with the view to provide a highquality cost effective and safe water and sewer networks to all residents in the Outapi. Ensures the effective distribution of Purified Effluent (PE) for irrigation of parks, sport fields and green belts.

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 and elementary training in plumbing & waste water
2 years in waste water reticulation and purification
Understanding of technical water infrastructure and good housekeeping practices.
Basic knowledge ethic
Must be able to write and read English
Must be a Namibian citizen
Must have a valid driver’s license
