The Council offers the following benefit for the position:
Salary Scale : N$ 119 789.32 – N$ 123 382.92
Housing allowance : 20% of monthly salary
Housing Subsidy : 40 % of monthly salary, payable only upon submission of bond
registration certificate
Transport allowance : N$ 10 512.00 per annum
13th Cheque : 13th Cheque
Medical Aid : 90% Council Contributions
Pension : 21.7% Council Contributions
The successful candidate shall be responsible for:
To perform regular installation, repair and maintenance work on fresh water reticulation infrastructure.
Key performance
• Installation of fresh water reticulation network
• Repair and maintenance of fresh water infrastructure
• Safety and good housekeeping
Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 and Level 2 in Plumbing and Pipefitting
• Two years working experience in water reticulation infrastructure environment
• Understanding of technical fresh water network and good housekeeping practices.
• Basic knowledge ethic
• Must be able to write and read English
• Must be a Namibian citizen
• Must have a valid driver’s license
